■ 基本方針 / General Policy
当ストアでは、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer preference.
■ 初期不良・誤配送の場合 / Defective or Incorrect Items
商品に初期不良または誤配送があった場合、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.
当社にて確認後、交換または返金対応を行います。
After confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
※不良品は当社負担にて返送いただきます。
Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
■ 当サイト以外での購入について / Purchases from Other Retailers
当サイト（公式オンラインストア）以外の販売店、第三者マーケットプレイス、オークションサイト等で購入された商品につきましては、返品・交換・返金の対応はいたしかねます。
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased from retailers, third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or any sales channels other than our official online store.
■ 返品条件 / Return Conditions
以下の場合は返品・交換をお受けできません：
・商品到着後7日を経過した場合
・使用済み、またはお客様の責任により破損した商品
・商品パッケージを破損・紛失した場合
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Requests made after 7 days from delivery

Used or damaged items caused by the customer

Items without original packaging
■ 予約商品について / Pre-Order Items
予約商品のキャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。
Pre-order items cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
生産上の都合により発売時期が変更となる場合がございますが、その場合もキャンセルはお受けできません。
Release dates may change due to production circumstances, and cancellations will not be accepted for this reason.
■ 返金方法 / Refund Method
返金が発生する場合、お支払い時と同一の決済方法にて処理いたします。
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
処理完了まで数営業日を要する場合がございます。
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected.
■ 海外配送について / International Orders
海外配送における関税・輸入税・通関費用はお客様のご負担となります。
Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
通関手続きによる遅延、追加費用、返送等について当社は責任を負いかねます。
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or returns caused by customs procedures.
