第1条（適用）
Article 1 (Scope)
本規約は、当社が運営するオンラインストア（以下「本サイト」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
These Terms of Service govern the use of the online store operated by Timelimit Inc. (the “Site”).
第2条（売買契約の成立）
Article 2 (Formation of Sales Contract)
お客様が本サイトにて注文を確定し、当社が注文を受理した時点で売買契約が成立します。
A sales contract is formed when the customer places an order and the Company confirms acceptance of such order.
当社は、在庫状況、支払不備、転売目的が疑われる場合等、合理的理由がある場合には注文を取消すことができます。
The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of inventory shortages, payment issues, suspected resale purposes, or other reasonable grounds.

商品価格は各商品ページに表示された金額とします。
Prices are as displayed on each product page.
支払い方法および支払時期は別途定めるポリシーに従います。

第4条（配送）

配送方法および送料は、配送ポリシーに従います。
Shipping methods and fees are governed by our Shipping Policy.
国際配送における関税・輸入税等はお客様の負担となります。
Customs duties and import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
第5条（予約商品）
Article 5 (Pre-Order Items)
予約商品は、商品ページ記載の予定時期に発送いたします。
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the schedule stated on the product page.
生産状況等により発売日が変更される場合があります。
Release dates may change due to production circumstances.
予約注文確定後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。
Pre-orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
第6条（知的財産権）
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
本サイトに掲載される画像、ロゴ、文章、商品デザイン等に関する知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
All intellectual property rights related to images, logos, text, and product designs on the Site belong to the Company or respective rights holders.
無断転載・複製・商業利用を禁止します。
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
第7条（禁止事項）

第8条（免責事項）

当社は、天災、物流遅延、通関手続き、その他不可抗力により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
The Company shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, logistics delays, or customs procedures.
当社の責任は、当該商品の購入代金を上限とします。
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
第9条（規約の変更）

変更後の規約は本サイトに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
本サイトに関して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。
Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
